EVA Foam
EVA is a versatile closed-cell foam material available in six density grades, from ultra-soft cushioning through to firm structural grades. We stock EVA foam sheet in multiple densities, colours, and thicknesses (including our TF Tuff Foam series), making it our primary recommendation for custom packaging, anti-vibration mounts, and precision case inserts.

Brands we stock: Tuff Foam
EVA 30 (30 kg/m³)
Ultra-soft, low-density EVA foam for lightweight cushioning, surface protection, and delicate item packaging. The softest grade in our range.
EVA 45 (45 kg/m³)
Soft-density EVA foam offering a balance of cushioning and support. Popular for packaging inserts and general-purpose padding applications.
EVA 60 (60 kg/m³)
Medium-density EVA foam, and our most versatile grade. Suited to case inserts, anti-vibration mounts, and applications requiring moderate firmness with good recovery.
EVA 75 (75 kg/m³)
Medium-firm EVA foam for tool case inserts, sports padding, and structural cushioning where greater load support is required.
EVA 105–120 (105–120 kg/m³)
Firm-density EVA foam for higher-load applications including industrial anti-vibration pads, structural supports, and heavy-duty packaging.
EVA 190–220 (190–220 kg/m³)
High-density EVA foam for demanding structural and load-bearing applications. Used for machine feet, heavy equipment mounts, and impact-absorbing barriers.
EVA 400 (400 kg/m³)
Ultra-high-density EVA foam — the firmest grade in our range. Used for maximum load support, precision machined components, and structural applications where minimal compression is critical.
TF (Tuff Foam) Series
Our branded Tuff Foam range of premium EVA grades with enhanced durability and consistent cell structure. Available across multiple densities for heavy-duty industrial packaging and protective applications.
