Precision Shim Stock & Packs
Precision shim stock for machinery alignment, tolerance adjustment, and assembly shimming. Stainless steel, mild steel, brass, aluminium, plastic (polyester), and laminated peelable composites in sheets, rolls, or pre-cut packs. The peelable shims are worth knowing about if you're doing pump and motor alignments regularly.
Types & Variants
Metal Shim Stock
Precision-rolled stainless steel, brass, and mild steel shim in thicknesses from 0.025 mm to 3 mm. Sheets and rolls.
Plastic Shim Stock
Polyester (Mylar) and polycarbonate shim material for electrical isolation and non-metallic shimming applications.
Peelable (Laminated) Shims
Layered composite shims where individual laminations can be peeled to achieve precise thickness increments.
