We supply metallic and semi-metallic gaskets for high-pressure, high-temperature flange connections. From standard ASME sizes to custom-engineered profiles in exotic alloys, we cover spiral wound, ring joint, Kammprofile, and metal jacketed styles.
Spiral Wound Gaskets
Our most widely specified metal gasket. Alternating layers of metal strip and soft filler are wound into a precision gasket that recovers under bolt-load relaxation. We stock standard ASME B16.20 sizes and manufacture custom profiles to order. Standard (Outer Guide Ring)
Centre winding with an outer guide ring. For raised-face flanges. Available in Class 150 through Class 2500.
With Inner Ring
Additional inner ring prevents inward buckling and turbulence erosion. Recommended for Class 600+ and vacuum service.
Custom Wound
Non-standard sizes, nickel superalloys (Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel), and custom filler materials to your specification.
Ring Joint Gaskets
Ring joint gaskets are solid-metal seals for high-integrity flanged connections — used where zero-leakage performance is non-negotiable, primarily upstream oil and gas, high-pressure steam, and subsea pipework. We machine to API 6A (wellhead equipment) and ASME B16.20 profiles for ring-type joint (RTJ) flanges. Available in oval, octagonal, and BX profiles in carbon steel, stainless, Inconel, and Monel.

Kammprofile & Jacketed Gaskets
Kammprofile
Serrated metal core with soft facing layers (graphite, PTFE, or Mica). Combines the recovery of a metallic gasket with the conformability of a soft seal. Suited to heat exchangers and high-bolt-load flanges.
Metal Jacketed
Soft filler enclosed in a metal jacket (single or double). Available in corrugated, flat, and profiled styles for heat exchangers, valve bonnets, and vessel flanges.
