Leak Repair

Emergency Clamps, Wraps & Compounds

When something starts leaking and shutting down isn't an option, these are the products you reach for. Mechanical pipe clamps, composite repair wraps, injectable sealants, encapsulation fittings: all rated for in-service repair on pressurised systems. They're temporary fixes in most cases, not permanent replacements for a proper repair at the next outage.

Types & Variants

Pipe Repair Clamps

Stainless steel clamps with elastomer seals that bolt around a leaking pipe section. For straight pipe, tees, and elbows.

Composite Repair Wraps

Fibreglass or carbon fibre wraps saturated with resin, applied wet and cured in place. Good structural reinforcement, but you need a dry surface and enough cure time, typically 30–60 minutes depending on ambient temperature.

Injectable Sealants

Compounds injected into clamp cavities or packing glands to seal active leaks on flanges, valves, and fittings.

Encapsulation Fittings

Engineered enclosures that surround a leaking connection and are pressurised with sealant to stop the leak.

Common Applications

Pipeline Leaks

Pinhole corrosion, crack leaks, and weld failures on pressurised pipelines in service.

Flange Leaks

Failed gaskets and bolt failures on flanged connections where shutdown is not immediately possible.

Valve Leaks

Packing gland leaks, body-bonnet leaks, and stem leaks on gate, globe, and ball valves.
