Gasket Lead Times & Priority Orders
We plan production carefully to keep our lead times short, and we aim to deliver ahead of schedule rather than just on time. Need a job faster still? We'll work with you to hit your deadline.
How Soon You Need It
Most custom gaskets ship on our standard schedule, and careful planning keeps that turnaround short. When a job can't wait, you can move it up the queue and we'll work to your deadline. Here's roughly how the timing falls.
5–7 business days
Runs in our normal production schedule.
3–5 business days
Moved ahead of standard work.
1–2 business days
Pushed to the top of the day's run.
Same day or next business day
We reorganise the day around your job, after hours when we can.
Standard orders carry no extra charge. Priority, urgent and emergency orders may incur a fee, worked out for your job and set on your quote before you start.
Why Priority Costs More
Those short standard times come from planning. We batch similar jobs and stagger operators across machines so the floor keeps moving and setups stay short. A rush order means breaking that plan and giving up some of that efficiency, sometimes with overtime on an emergency order.
The fee covers that, and it keeps genuine rush capacity free for the people who need it. There's no hidden charge. We work each one out for the job in front of us, and you'll see it on your quote before you start.
When We Can Expedite
How fast we can go depends on what's on the floor at the time. On a large rush, we can often run part of it at the speed you need and schedule the rest just behind, rather than hold up the whole order.
Either way, we'll confirm what we can do before you commit.
Need It Sooner?
Put your deadline in the notes when you request a quote. We'll confirm what's achievable for your part and quantity, and the priority fee that applies. We'll do our best to work to your timeline.
- Standard turnaround we plan to beat, not just meet
- Priority fee on the quote, with no hidden charges
- Large orders can run split across speeds where needed
