Custom Gaskets, Made to Order

Send us your part as a DXF, DWG, PDF or STEP file, or a dimensioned sketch, and we'll cut it. There's no minimum order quantity for cut gaskets, and standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days.

The Process

How It Works

Four steps from the part in your hand to a finished gasket on its way to you. Most jobs never need more than a quick back-and-forth to confirm the details.

1

Send Us Your Part

A drawing, a sample, or a dimensioned sketch. A DXF, DWG, PDF or STEP file, or even a photo of the worn gasket, is enough for us to picture the part.

2

We Guide the Material

Not sure which grade suits the service? Tell us the temperature, pressure and media, and we'll steer you to a material from the 2,000+ grades we hold in stock.

3

We Cut It

We cut on the right machine for the material: CNC knife, laser, waterjet, routing, and die cutting, plus turning for cylindrical parts.

4

We Check and Dispatch

The first part off each setup is inspected against the drawing to verify dimensional conformance. Once it checks out, the run continues, and your order is packed and dispatched.

Materials

A Material for the Job

We hold over 2,000 material grades in stock. When something is not on the shelf, our supply partners across the globe extend our reach to almost any material.

What We Stock

  • Soft-cut sheet — compressed fibre, EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, silicone, Viton, PTFE and flexible graphite.
  • Insulation boards for thermal and electrical duty.
  • Metallic grades for shims, spiral-wound windings and solid-metal gaskets.

Not sure which grade suits your service? The Material Selector narrows it down from your operating conditions.

Quantities & Lead Times

One Gasket or Thousands

We have no minimum order quantity for cut gaskets. We will supply a single gasket or thousands. Careful planning keeps our standard turnaround short, and when you need it sooner, priority, urgent and emergency options move your job up the queue for a fee.

Standard

5–7 business days

Priority

3–5 business days

Urgent

1–2 business days

Emergency

Same day / next business day

Complex or large-volume orders may take longer depending on material and tooling. See how the priority tiers work before you order.

Questions

Common Questions

Can You Make Just One Gasket?

Yes. We have no minimum order quantity for cut gaskets. We will supply a single gasket or thousands, and the price per part comes down as the run gets longer.

What File Formats Do You Accept?

Send your profile in any common format — DXF, DWG, PDF, STEP, even a dimensioned sketch — and we'll cut it. A clear photo of the worn gasket works too. If you have nothing on paper, our drawing and drafting service turns a sketch or sample into a manufacturing-ready DXF.

How Do I Measure My Gasket?

At minimum we need the gasket dimensions (inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness), the material, and the quantity. Our measurement and drawing guide walks through how to measure and what to record so the part fits first time.

What Drives the Cost?

Three things: the quantity you order, how intricate the profile is, and the material. We price to volume, complexity and material, so a plain washer in nitrile costs very differently from a multi-hole PTFE gasket, and a longer run brings the per-part price down.

Can You Copy an Existing Gasket?

Yes. Send us the worn part and we'll rebuild it. Where it's too far gone to measure by hand, our reverse-engineering service captures the profile optically. Typical turnaround 2–5 business days from part to cut-ready file, depending on complexity and material.

Ready to Get Your Gasket Made?

Send us your drawing, sample or sketch and we'll come back with a price and a timeframe. Tell us the dimensions, the material and the quantity, and we'll take it from there.
