Custom Gaskets, Made to Order
Send us your part as a DXF, DWG, PDF or STEP file, or a dimensioned sketch, and we'll cut it. There's no minimum order quantity for cut gaskets, and standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days.

How It Works
Three steps from the part in your hand to a finished gasket on its way to you.
Send Us the Part
A DXF, DWG, PDF or STEP file, a dimensioned sketch, or the worn gasket itself.
Choose the Material
Pick from the 2,000+ grades we stock, or tell us the temperature, pressure and media and we'll recommend one.
We Cut, Check and Dispatch
We cut it on the right machine for the material, check the first part against the drawing, then pack and ship.
No Drawing? No Problem
Most custom jobs don't arrive as tidy CAD files. A faded print, a sketch on the back of a job card, or the worn part itself is plenty to start with.
In-House Drafting
Working from old sketches or a marked-up print? Our drafting team turns whatever you have into a manufacturing-ready drawing, priced by the hour, and you keep the DXF.

Only have the worn part, or a gasket still bolted in the machine? We capture the profile optically and rebuild it as a cut-ready file.

We're an Australian custom gasket manufacturer. Send us one part or a production run and we'll cut, mould or extrude it. The categories below are what comes through the door most often, not the limit of what we make.
Soft-Cut Gaskets
Non-metallic gaskets cut to your drawing in compressed fibre, rubber, PTFE and flexible graphite.

We hold over 2,000 material grades in stock. When something is not on the shelf, our supply partners across the globe extend our reach to almost any material.
Cut Every Week
Rubber compounds, compressed fibre sheet, fluoropolymers, graphite, cork, felt, engineering plastics and metals are all in regular rotation on our tables, alongside a long tail of grades that only come up when a spec names them.
Not sure which grade suits your service? The Material Selector narrows it down from your operating conditions.
Cut to Standard, Checked Before It Ships
Our standard manufacturing tolerances follow DIN 7715-5 for cut parts. We can also work to ISO 2768-1 general drawing tolerances or tighter custom tolerances where required. Every gasket is made at our Blacktown facility under ISO 9001 quality and ISO 45001 safety management systems.
Cutting Tolerances
Which tolerance class fits a cut soft part, how bolt-hole position is set from the flange drilling, and when a tighter class is worth the cost.
Read the Tolerances GuideInspection
The first part produced from each setup is inspected against the drawing to verify dimensional conformance. This is an internal quality check — no formal report is generated unless requested. For critical applications, we can provide material test certificates, formal inspection reports, and first article inspection documentation.

We have no minimum order quantity for cut gaskets. Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days, and if you need it sooner we offer expedited turnaround down to same-day (conditions apply). Complex or large-volume orders can take longer, so check the tiers before you order.
Common Questions
Yes. We have no minimum order quantity for cut gaskets. We will supply a single gasket or thousands, and the price per part comes down as the run gets longer.
Send your profile in any common format — DXF, DWG, PDF, STEP, even a dimensioned sketch — and we'll cut it. A clear photo of the worn gasket works too. If you have nothing on paper, our drawing and drafting service turns a sketch or sample into a manufacturing-ready DXF.
At minimum we need the gasket dimensions (inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness), the material, and the quantity. Our measurement and drawing guide walks through how to measure and what to record so the part fits first time.
Tell us the temperature, pressure and media and we'll steer you to a suitable grade from stock. Prefer to narrow it down yourself? The Material Selector works from your operating conditions, and the materials library goes deeper on the common families.
Three things: the quantity you order, how intricate the profile is, and the material. We price to volume, complexity and material, so a plain washer in nitrile costs very differently from a multi-hole PTFE gasket, and a longer run brings the per-part price down.
Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days. When you need it sooner, priority, urgent and emergency options move your job up the queue for a fee. The lead times and priority orders guide explains each tier.
Yes. Send us the worn part and we'll rebuild it. Where it's too far gone to measure by hand, our reverse-engineering service captures the profile optically. Typical turnaround 2–5 business days from part to cut-ready file, depending on complexity and material.
