Available Grades

Brands we stock: Reglin, Gardiner

Standard CR (60 Shore A)

General-purpose black neoprene sheet with balanced resistance to oils, ozone, and weathering. Our most popular neoprene grade for all-round industrial sealing.

Moulded CR (Multiple Durometers)

Precision-moulded neoprene available in a range of hardnesses. Tighter dimensional tolerances and more consistent properties than calendered sheet.

Expanded Neoprene (ASTM D1056)

Closed-cell expanded neoprene classified to ASTM D1056. Excellent for weather sealing, cushioning, and low-pressure gasket applications. See also our dedicated closed-cell neoprene page for grade-specific data.

Expanded Neoprene (CR-160)

Medium-density closed-cell neoprene sponge for insulation, vibration dampening, and general-purpose sealing where moderate compression is needed.

CR Insert-Reinforced

Neoprene bonded to nylon or polyester fabric plies for improved tear resistance and dimensional stability in large-format gaskets and diaphragms.

CR FRAS (Fire Retardant Anti-Static)

Specially formulated neoprene meeting fire retardant and anti-static requirements for underground coal mining and hazardous area applications. Compliant with AS/NZS 4606.
