Tell us what you need and attach a DXF, sketch, drawing, or photo if you have one. Our Australian team aims to respond within one business day.

No drawing? We can create one through our drawing and drafting service. If you are still narrowing down the specification, browse our products and materials first.

Urgent order? Send the specification first, then call 1300 286 028 so we can review it with you.

Tell Us About the Part

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Our Australian team aims to respond within one business day.

Postcode is optional. If you supply one we can include a freight estimate with the quote.

Material, size, quantity, application. Anything else that matters. More context, better quote. Not sure how to specify tolerances? See our manufacturing tolerances guide. If you have inspection or QA requirements (material certificates, dimensional reports, batch traceability), mention them here — see our inspection and quality control guide for guidance on specifying these.

Rough timeline is fine. We'll work back from your needed-on-site date and let you know what's achievable. Dates aren't guaranteed: we review each order against current workload, and where a priority fee is needed to hit your date we'll call that out separately on the quote. See our lead times and priority orders for the turnaround options.

.dxf .dwg .pdf .png .jpg .tiff. Up to 5 files, 20 MB total. For export-controlled or classified material, please call us on 1300 286 028 instead. No DXF on hand? Generate one with our gasket generator.

Emergency or Urgent Orders

Need Something Urgently?

Standard gaskets (catalogue items, stock sizes, common materials): just call. We can check stock and confirm a price on the call.

Custom or non-standard gaskets that need to move quickly: sounds backwards, but the fastest path is two steps: email first, then call. Custom work involves a back-and-forth on material, tolerance, and quantity, and it goes much faster when we've got your sizes and drawings in front of us on the screen as we talk it through. Trying to read a part number down the phone or describe a flange from memory burns more time than the extra email.

  1. 1 Email the details to sales@universalgaskets.com.au with sizes, material, quantity, and drawings if you have them. The link opens your mail client with a template.
  2. 2 Then call us on 1300 286 028. By the time you ring, we've got the spec on screen and can answer straight away instead of taking notes mid-call.

For how our priority and emergency turnaround works, and the timing for each, see our lead times and priority orders page.
