Epoxy glass laminate is one of the highest-performing electrical insulation materials we stock. We carry NEMA-grade epoxy glass sheet. From the industry-standard G10 and flame-retardant FR4 through to high-temperature G11. Offering outstanding mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and dielectric performance for demanding electrical and structural applications.

G10 (NEMA G10)

General-purpose epoxy glass laminate with continuous woven glass cloth reinforcement. Excellent mechanical strength, low moisture absorption, and outstanding dielectric properties. Our standard grade for structural and electrical insulation applications.

FR4 (NEMA FR4)

Flame-retardant epoxy glass laminate. Identical mechanical and electrical performance to G10 with the addition of self-extinguishing flame retardancy (UL 94 V-0). The worldwide standard for printed circuit boards and our most requested epoxy glass grade.

G11 (NEMA G11)

High-temperature epoxy glass laminate rated to Thermal Class F (155 °C) and capable of short-term excursions to 180 °C. Retains a greater proportion of its flexural and impact strength at elevated temperatures compared to G10/FR4.

LR-EG340

Specialist epoxy glass grade with enhanced electrical tracking resistance and mechanical properties. Suitable for high-voltage insulation applications requiring superior surface resistance and arc resistance.
